  I've been here 5 times, they were out of plain bagels 4 of those times. Most of their sandwiches come on bagels.... how do you run out... that many times. This last time there I got a small hot chocolate with whip cream. There was no whip cream, and it was only half full. The other dunkins are phenomenal but this one is a fail.

  How hard is it to not put in ice??.. ice coffee light ice..light cream..light sugar... I get a cup full of ice and milk... if I wanted a glass of milk ide order 1... hello mcfly

  Love DD's but this one is 20% more expensive than the other one less than a mile away so I use the Elm Rd. location.
