    It was dirty and sticky there was a hole in the ceiling that looked like a rat burrowed through it. And it was also leaking

    The most incompetent McDonalds in our area. Today they left the chocolate out of the hot chocolate. I kid you not. They have left meat off burgers made numerous mistakes yet I gave them second chances. I think my chances are over. This takes the cake.

    They always tend to mess up my order or not listen to what I ordered and skip over it. I understand when they are busy but we were in the lobby and no one else was in line.

    Kind of icky but its fancy! Staff is always nice and the upstairs is kept nice and tidy. Except for the sticky tables :(
